Go Shorty . . .It's my Birthday . . .We're gonna party like it's my birthday. . .
This is how glorious the sky looked on my birthday . . . coincedence?. ..I think not!
So on my birthday (August 24th for you people who want to send me "Happy belated 29th . . ." cards :) ) we took a road trip to Payson . . .
. . . . where the temperature was about 30 cooler than Phoenix. . . the drive was gorgeous . . .

. . .and we found a cute little lake where we sat on the cool grass and had a picnic, fed the ducks and geese and watched people fish.
This is Little running away from the hungry ducks. . .she wasn't scared of them-while she is running away she is actually screaming with delight. . .she happened to run out of bread and they advanced . . .and she didn't stick around to see if they were the friendly type!
