..... My funny Little.......
The other day we were driving along and she was snacking on her leftover "bread fingers" (aka my way of getting her to eat her bread in her lunch box) and she had the realization that this bread looked and tasted a lot like the bread we use at church for sacrament.
I told her yes, it was like that bread and she continued to eat it and said:
"Mmmmmm....I'm thinking about Jesus!"
(side note....Jonathan and I try to get her to sit and be reverent-or as reverent as a 4 year old can be- during church- and have instructed that when she takes the sacrament she should sit quietly with her eyes closed and think about Jesus....hence the connection).
At this point she has my attention and I'm watching her in the rear view as she's munching on bread and has her eyes closed.
She continues (like she's imagining it) "Oh.....Wow- he's walking on water....."
(I'm overjoyed at this point...I love that she's putting things together that she's learned in Sunday School... I'm eager to hear what other things she's collected in that little brain of hers....)
"Now he's making bunny ears in the shadow against the wall...".
Wait, what? I say exactly that and she opens her eyes and erupts into giggles.
What a funny Munch...a little irreverent...just like her mommy....Go figure....

This is too funny! Little said so many cute things on the cruise. My favorite: "Gigi, the cruise fairy is a beautiful princess that flys through the window and poops presents on your bed." Glad to see you blogging again, girl!
So cute! It's so important to write those things down. At least I'm preaching that to myself because with 4 now I forget more than I write. Happy start of Kindergarten for miss Little!
hilarious! love it? how the heck are you? Mich and the boys were in in Boise for a quick visit, jealous? :) How is cali and the married life?
I love this anecdote! I hope you're still writing these things down, even if you're not updating your blog :)
